Great article! Systems are essentially the key to any successful business. I remembered those days when one of the businesses I just started to manage had a bunch of keys all tangled up in rubber bands, strings and paperclips.. Every morning the staff had to sift through it to get to the necessary keys to start the business. They wasted 10 mins a day on it .... All it took me was 30 mins to clean it up and set up a simple system... and we could save 10 mins a day 365 days of the year!
Kind regards,
