Thanks so much for your kind reference to my blog post.  I agree with you that the process of exploration is very fun ... it doesn&#039;t have to equate to endless hours on a therapist&#039;s couch, probing your inner child as many people think. 
 
One of my favorite books on this topic is Martha Beck&#039;s Finding Your Own North Star.  I have worked with her personally and she is an amazing human being, and has really powerful tools in her book.
