Sometimes rediscovering your self takes alot of work. Some people are afraid of finding the real you and hide behind what they perceive themselves as. I myself is finding the real me I have an idea who she is, it is an amazing quest either spirtual or emotional. I have no idea where this road might take me but I am curious either way, once i get there I while be a better person for it. So one peice of advice do not be scared of finding out who you are and what you. Relize that the people who judge you are scared of who they are and what they are. Good luck to the people that are soul searching.

Spot on!!!

We know this process by various names: maturing, shadow creation, chid abuse.

Seriously, I believe that 80% of my work as a Life/Career coach is about undoing childhood wounding -- and helping my clients find the courage to express themselves as they are.

My GLBT clients oft have an extra mile to go -- rediscovering the essence of their sexuality.
