- Assess current operations in one process to identify what needs to change so you no longer feel overwhelmed at it being out of whack/duct taped together.
- Identify gaps in one process and create a do-able plan for revising/implementing so day-to-day runs smoothly.
- Uncover what’s really happening that has you working hard and burning out.
- Identify top profit leaks and have a plan to fix them so you keep more money in your pocket.
- Determine if your business model can support your goals.
- Understand what tech you are using, what you are using it for and why. Save money and time by eliminating unnecessary digital baggage.
- Update pricing and packaging of one of your offers.

Pre-Session Questionnaire: Upon booking you will receive an in-depth background questionnaire so I can get a clear picture of your business and goals prior to our time together.
Business Coaching Session (75 Minutes): focused on one topic of your choice.
Email Summary: Recap of your action plan and any relevant resources to what you are working on. This summary is custom to you and written by me (no AI bot summaries that say a lot and nothing all at the same time).
Bonus: If you sign up for a Six-Month Coaching Engagement within 14 days of your strategy session, the full value of your strategy session investment will be deducted from the first month’s invoice.
