1-Week Intensive
Personalized 1:1 work over the course of a week to dive deeper into one challenge you are experiencing in your business.
How you might use your session:
- Define and refine your ideal client: who do you most want to work with and why? (This is not an annoying and surface-level “ideal client avatar” exercise.)
- Review, assess, align your business model. Does it really work for you in the real-world? (Not just some pretty-math that sounds great on paper.)
- Identify profit leaks and create a plan to eliminate them so you keep more of the money you make.
- Create clarity on one process within your business operations and identify the breakdowns. Determine action plan to simplify and increase efficiency and consistency of this process.
- Create or redesign your core offer for clients.
- Adjust/evaluate your pricing for current offers to ensure profitability.
What’s Included:
Pre-Session Questionnaire: Upon booking you will receive an in-depth background questionnaire so I can get a clear picture of your business and goals prior to our time together.
One Collaboration Session to Choose Your Focus (45-minutes): We start with a discussion to hone in one the focus for our one-week of work together.
Personalized Coaching/Consulting Sessions (Two 1-hour sessions spaced one-week apart): focused on the topic of your choice.
One-Week of Daily Support: Email access, one document review, brainstorming, and asynchronous collaboration to keep you moving forward on your goal.
Email Summary: Recap of your action plan and any relevant resources to what you are working on. This summary is custom to you and written by me (no AI bot summaries that say a lot and nothing all at the same time).
Bonus: If you sign up for a Six-Month Coaching Engagement within 14 days of your strategy session, the full value of your strategy session investment will be deducted from the first month’s invoice.
